Challenge

Superfly faced several challenges across platforms. For Earny, they needed help understanding and documenting their complex system, particularly around authentication, token generation, and API interconnections. They also sought to reduce high AWS costs through an infrastructure overhaul. For Datasky, they needed to stabilize and enhance the dashboard for production release and implement automated deployment infrastructure.

Solution

We thoroughly investigated Superfly’s architecture for both Earny and Datasky. For Earny, we documented and reverse-engineered the token generation flow, optimized the infrastructure, and reduced AWS costs. For Datasky, we refactored the code, added new features, and set up an automated deployment pipeline for smoother releases and better efficiency using AWS technologies like S3.

Result

As a result of our collaboration, Earny saw improved understanding and documentation of their system, along with performance and cost optimizations. The architecture improvements helped stabilize the platform and reduced AWS costs. For Datasky, our work ensured that the application ran optimally, and it was successfully released into production with the necessary infrastructure and features in place.
