Vangwe was founded to address a gap our founders identified between the needs of fintech companies and the services traditional software factories could offer.
With a strong fintech background they set out to build a company that truly understands and supports the unique challenges of the industry.
The beginning
Vangwe was founded by Agustín Guerra, Mateo Suburú, Martín Santini, and Lucas Suburú with a shared vision: to become the go-to tech partner for fintech and payment companies.

From the beginning, Vangwe partnered with a variety of fintech startups and enterprises, quickly establishing a reputation for excellence in the industry. Through word of mouth and recommendations from satisfied clients, we've steadily grown and continued to take on innovative projects.
Our headquarters
To support our expanding team and foster a collaborative work environment, we opened our Montevideo offices. Our team continues to grow, establishing internal departments in UX/UI Design, Software Development, Testing, Growth, Human Resources, and Finance.
