The initial challenge

Bamboo needed a specialized payments partner to help evolve key areas of their platform as they continued scaling across LATAM.

The initial challenge involved improving the security and flexibility of critical payment experiences, strengthening fraud prevention efforts, all while maintaining a smooth experience for merchants and end users.

Smarter cross-border payments

We helped Bamboo strengthen and expand their payment infrastructure by integrating Cielo & Pix in Brazil and Modo in Argentina, while also introducing a voucher generation service for in-person wallet payments.

In parallel, we built secure backend services and customizable forms for Payout and Refund workflows with Twilio and SendGrid, and refactored their 3DS integration with Visa Cybersource to reduce chargebacks and support scalable 3DS-as-a-service capabilities.
