Our History

In October 2020, Agustín Guerra, Mateo Suburú, Martín Santini, and Lucas Suburú decided to team up and start Vangwe. They envisioned a flexible and horizontal environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. At our core, we believe in providing individuals with opportunities to shoulder multiple responsibilities and take true ownership of their work. Our collaborative culture thrives on open communication, empowering each person to contribute their unique strengths.

Based in Montevideo, Uruguay, our team is composed of software engineers, DevOps engineers, project managers, and specialists in the fintech space who go above and beyond to deliver high-quality solutions and establish long-term, enjoyable working relationships.

Our founders are very involved in the company day to day operations and work closely with our clients. They guide our work and make sure we're always creating software that meets our client's needs and pushes technology to the next level.
